This innovative SaaS scaleup are looking for their next Senior Account Manager to help grow some of their most strategic accounts. Could it be you?

The Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of enterprise-level accounts in the food sector. This is a crucial role for someone who thrives in a consultative, hunter-farmer position, balancing business development with nurturing long-term relationships. Youll work closely with both clients and internal teams to deliver value and ensure continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a small portfolio of enterprise key accounts.

- Build relationships with key stakeholders, and 

- Collaborate with Customer Success (CS) teams, who will flag opportunities for growth, while you ensure seamless communication and strategy execution.

- Drive revenue through expansion sales and cross sell opportunities.

- Attend in-person meetings with key accounts including quarterly visits in Europe and bi-annual trips to North America and Australia.

What Were Looking For

- 3-5 years of experience in account management with a proven track record of growing enterprise-level accounts.

- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to navigate and manage slow-moving, traditional organizations.

- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, with a focus on identifying champions and driving growth in complex environments.

- Self-motivated, proactive** individual with a hunter-farmer mindset and a passion for delivering results.

- Familiarity with working in smaller, scaling organizations, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.

- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
