The Role:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to negotiations and closing (25k avg Dealsize).
- Target Mid-market and Enterprise Recruitment / Hr stakeholders.
- Conduct product demos and consultative sales to translate client needs into solutions.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and BDRs to build a strong pipeline.
- Contribute to strategic sales plans and market analysis for growth opportunities.
You bring:
- Track record of 3+ years closing in a SaaS start/scale-up environment.
- A solid track record & a hunter mindset.
- Fluent proficiency in Dutch.
- Experience in HR tech is a plus.
