The Role:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to negotiations and closing (25k avg Dealsize). 
  • Target Mid-market and Enterprise Recruitment / Hr stakeholders. 
  • Conduct product demos and consultative sales to translate client needs into solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and BDRs to build a strong pipeline.
  • Contribute to strategic sales plans and market analysis for growth opportunities.

You bring:

  • Track record of 3+ years closing in a SaaS start/scale-up environment. 
  • A solid track record & a hunter mindset.
  • Fluent proficiency in Dutch.
  • Experience in HR tech is a plus.
