Business Development Representative DACH

What are we looking for?
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
- Outbound sales experience (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Fluent in German & English (Dutch is a plus)
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills
- Intellectual curiosity and a commercial mindset
- Energy, resilience, and motivation to grow in sales

Your Role
- Research and identify potential clients in the DACH market
- Proactively generate leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing, events, and referrals
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to support growth in the DACH region
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships
- Share insights with Sales & Marketing to improve our go-to-market strategy
