What are we looking for?

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Outbound sales experience (phone, email, LinkedIn)
  • Fluent in German & English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Strong communication & relationship-building skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and a commercial mindset
  • Energy, resilience, and motivation to grow in sales

Your Role

  • Research and identify potential clients in the DACH market
  • Proactively generate leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing, events, and referrals
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to support growth in the DACH region
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Share insights with Sales & Marketing to improve our go-to-market strategy
