Teamlead Account Executive



Join a 100 FTE scale-up which enables companies worldwide to deploy their workforce anywhere they choose. You'll join as an AE team lead, in which you'll be responsible for leading a team of 4 Account Executives.

What youll do:

  • Manage and coach a team of 4 AEs.
  • Work on optimizing sales processes, team development, and ongoing training.
  • Step in on complex deals and hands-on cases where needed.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through structure, support, and accountability.

What were looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in AE management.
  • Background in SaaS, ideally in a fast-scaling environment.
  • Hands-on mindset with a track record of closing deals.
  • Proven ability to hit and exceed revenue targets.
  • Methodical thinker familiar with MEDDIC, SPICED, or similar frameworks.
  • Fluent in English.
